The way I conceive of the Sun in the context of natal astrology, is that it encapsulates or contains the idea that the cause or spark of our existence, drives our living time to fruition and fulfillment of the intent that set it in motion, so that the Sun becomes both the cause and the effect of the public personality, of the person in the world.
